Heery International Inc., a progressive, nationally recognized design and construction management firm, seeks a Sr. Program Manager to oversee design and construction teams involved in numerous facility changes throughout the Southeast - resulting from a merger of two financial institutions. This assignment will include management of initial feasibility and test fits of strategic options, programming, design and construction of restacked options, move-out/and vacating facilities, selling buildings, terminating leases, moving occupants/equipment, and renovations etc.

 

Qualified candidates should be seasoned design, real estate and or construction professionals with at least 15-20 years managing large corporate projects as the Owner’s Rep, hold a related technical degree (construction, architecture or engineering), with experience in financial facilities a plus –  and real estate background helpful. The expectation is that this high level and very visible Manager will be an excellent “client manager” – with the ability to be externally focused, yet flexible to oversee numerous projects around the SE, and be well organized to manage different initiatives in several states. Excellent computer skills also essential.
