Client is very willing to relocate the proper person.

Qualifications:

 Prefer a Construction related degreeMust have 3+ years of Preconstruction experience in Conceptual Budgeting Must have Commercial, Retail, Medical, or Office estimating experiencePrefer projects $ Values in the $2M - $20M rangeMust have all trades take-off experienceBuy-out experience a plusLooking for the best Estimators in the country

 

Responsibilities:

 BudgetingPreparing Bid PackagesReviewing Bid ResultsSubcontractsMeetingsConceptual Estimating/Hard Bid  75/25New Construction & Some Expansions & RenovationsManaging Multiple Projects at once
