PROJECT MANAGER-COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

Location: Birmingham, AL

URGENT! We are searching for a proven Project Manager capable of handling commercial projects in excess of $20M. Preferred experience includes Distribution/Warehouse, Office, Educational Facilities, light Industrial and food process.

The projects will require extensive concrete experience including tilt-wall and cast-in-place. This company is a premier builder throughout the Southeast and offers outstanding salaries and above average bonuses! Good work history is a must! All inquiries will be kept strictly confidential.

Experience Required: Applicants should have a proven experience in this field and be able to work independently with minimal training and supervision. Applicants from other industries will not be considered. Prefer 4+ years of experience.
