We are currently seeking a Move/Add/Change (MAC) Coordinator to join our Project and Development Services Group located in Phoenix, AZ. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

MOVE/ADD/CHANGE (MAC) COORDINATOR - Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:
Develop scope and schedule for corporate office locations in the Phoenix area plus potentially coordinate remote project in Austin and Denver offices
Manage all financial aspects of each project through its conclusion
Conduct and document weekly meetings
Coordinate activities of sub-contractors, voice/data and occupants
Interact and negotiate with contractors, subcontractors, and other service providers
Coordinate small construction, furniture reconfiguration, asset disposition, furniture inventory, and other services typical to office MAC
Address clients' special requests and post-move relocation concerns
Prepare/update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files
Update occupant information in Archibus CMMS system
Prepare test-fit and basic layouts in CADD system

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years prior experience with MAC activities
Ability to prepare and track budgets
Experience working in a project management support role a plus
Understanding of basic requirements for the relocation of computer and telephone systems
Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts a plus
Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Project Scheduler, Word, PowerPoint, CADD and Excel
