CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULER

 

Well established (23 Years) Phoenix general contractor seeks a construction scheduler to join the team.

 

Qualifications:

 

1)  Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Projects and in the collaboration side of Microsoft Project Server as relates to construction scheduling.

 

2)  Must be familiar with the networking side & web access piece of Microsoft Project Server.

 

3)  Must be able to read & interpret construction drawings and prepare schedules.

 

4)  Must be familiar with all types of ground up construction projects including masonry, wood, precast concrete, etc... as well as on-site & offsite work.

 

5)  Must have good communications skills and be able to relate to both office and field personnel on a day to day basis.

 

Responsibilities to include:

 

1)  Development of all baseline schedules during the estimating phase of the project.

 

2)  Maintenance of all company project schedules through completion of construction.  Current workload includes approximately 15 projects underway as well as projects in estimating.

 

3)  Visits to jobsites to verify construction status with on-site superintendents.
