We are searching for experienced Business Development Executives (Principals) who will be responsible for identification, qualification and closure of significant business process transformation deals.

 

Successful prospecting will be based on leveraging existing relationships with Senior-level contacts to engage at a strategic level.  The Principal will be expected to use previously established personal credibility and trust with Senior-level contacts to promote Exigen’s business model and facilitate client decision making around jointly established criteria.

 

The Principal must be able to position an economical model and structure deal strategies around financial value delivered to the client, rather than relying on standard benefits of technology products/services.

 

Competitive candidates will be entrepreneurial in spirit and either have direct experience selling complex high-value deals into the target Industry or have direct Industry experience along with strong Sales skills and an understanding of Business Process Solutions.

 

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and/or experience:

 

- Experience in launching significant transformation/change programs. 

- Sales leadership and momentum building skills.

- Complex deal management skills.

- Experience developing and presenting financial proposals to C-level executives.

- Ability to work effectively without relying on extensive supporting infrastructure.

-  Ability to leverage company’s capabilities through understanding of the organization and interdependencies, developing own support network within company and effective project management.
