Electronic Healthcare Systems, Inc., EHS, is a leading provider of electronic medical records and practice management software solutions for physicians.  The Practice Reimbursement Services department performs these primary functions: Billing Office Outsourcing, A/R Monitoring and Training.  EHS is currently recruiting specialists for these positions.

 

Candidates will be responsible for accurate and timely completion of various A/R-related tasks which could include any of the following: training of clients and internal staff on billing, receivables, and collections software modules (preparation, submission, and reconciliation of claims and statements; correction of claim errors and rejections; End of Month processes; payment posting and electronic remit processing); assist clients with issues and questions that arise during training and log them in the call tracking system; complete the billing, receivables, and collections processes for clients that utilize EHS’ outsourcing services; assist other EHS departments as needed; provide on-site support at go-lives as needed.

 

This position requires high availability, superior verbal and written communication skills, an analytical skill set, good presentation skills, and an excellent attitude. 

 

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years current billing experience.  They will also be detail oriented, possess an ability to learn quickly, enjoy working in a team environment, and have a high level of initiative.  Although coding and training experience are not required, having these experiences are a plus.  A competitive salary and benefit package are offered.
