Job Requirements and Description
This is a Team ITSS Position with Jacobs. The candidate must have 8 years relevant experience, OR 6 years and an Associates Degree in a Technical Discipline or related field, OR 4 years and a Bachelors Degree in a Technical Discipline or related field.
Other Duties:
Perform automatic identification technology (AIT) and item unique identification (IUID) programmatics to support integration within the Army Materiel Command (AMC) industrial base. Possess excellent verbal and written communications to interface with and gather information from a very diverse group. Wide range of knowledge in all areas of programmatics, program management, and budgeting. Fundamental understanding of programmatics and budgeting to support the AIT programs for application to modernization projects for depot maintenance, overhaul, and repair functions, automated shop floor control systems, manufacturing, fabrication, supply, and distribution. Coordinate across the AMC industrial base, AMC headquarters, Lead AMC Integration Support Office (LAISO), Department of Defense, Departments of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and others. Provide programmatic coordination services across the AMC industrial base for systems integration services required for AIT and IUID integration. Support the AMC AIT Workgroup. Familar with development of strategic plans, implementation plans, program milestone schedules, concepts of operation, business cases analysis, and other documentation. Develop and maintain a Microsoft Project integrated master schedule (IMS) which depicts AIT program, projects, and interfaces across the AMC industrial base. Develop contractual documents to support government directed AIT hardware and software systems integration. Establish and maintain AIT and IUID program funding documents to include the baseline, planning, programming and budgeting system documentation to include program operating memorandum documentation, cost estimates, program and project expenditures, and other documentation as required. Develop and maintain budgets and schedules to support the AMC AIT Program. Coordinate and track all external funds, e.g., Congressional Plus-Ups, submitted by the AMC industrial base activities to support AIT operations. An AIT Programmatic Analyst denotes mastery of the customer business process and the tools used to provide improvements. Often an AIT Programmatic Analyst will serve as an expert dealing directly with the customer.
