Job Description: Senior technical role at the missile and/or weapon-system level. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: technical execution, judgment of a variety of technical inputs from subject-matter experts, earned-value management, technical conscience of the program, risk management, customer interface and technical presentations. Work is exceptional quality, checked only for the effectiveness of results obtained. Has the ability to design, research and develop highly-advanced new applications, resulting in new business opportunities. Excellent written skills, as well as excellent presentation skills. Exceptional ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness. Excellent problem-solving capability. Self-starter…routinely acts independently to uncover and resolve issues on programs.

Required Skills: Broad technical skills and leadership experience in Systems Engineering on a DoD program.

Desired Skills: Missile systems experience. Familiarity with DOORS requirements management tools and Microsoft Office suite.

Required Education(including Major): Minimum B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, Applied Physics, Systems Engineering, Engineering Physics.
