We need a talented individual to fill the role of PC & Printer Technician for Diebold Information & Security Systems. In this position, you will Provide point of sale, computer, printer, and server maintenance; Install IT equipment; and perform modifications of existing IT equipment.

Qualifications

Required

Capable of heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds).

Driver's License & reliable transportation.

Two or more years of experience maintaining point of sales equipment, servers, PC's, and printers.

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience communicating regular status to clients, superiors, and peers.

Strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish work goals.

Committed to meeting quality standards.

Has effective organizational skills. Keeps records organized.

Remains composed and behaves professionally even during emotionally-charged or stressful situations.

Ability to effectively handle escalations and time critical issues.

Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision.

Must be available to work on-call and overtime (overtime paid and 1 1/2 to 2 times regular pay)

Preferred

A+ Certification, printer certifications, and/or other IT certifications.
