Field Service Technician II

HigherGround, Inc. is a premier software developer of call recording, data integration and reporting tools for the global call center and CRM markets. We are looking for a full-time Field Service Technician who will share our commitment to technological excellence.  The position is based in our Corporate Offices in Canoga Park, CA.

 

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience and a successful track record of accomplishments in customer service and computer technical support which includes installing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software. This position requires travel. A thorough knowledge of Windows 2000, XP, 2003 and networking experience is required. Computer telephony experience is a plus. Be prepared to demonstrate technical knowledge.  The candidate must be very detail oriented.

 

The position's primary responsibilities will include off-site system installations and repairs, trouble-shooting hardware and software problems, answering client phone calls, providing remote support and participating in pager rotation.

 

The winning candidate will understand the importance of a great attitude, initiative, team orientation and communications skills.

 

This position will require that the candidate be able to travel within North American and rent a vehicle.
