System Administrator / PC Technician

Duties include overseeing complete in-house networks.  Daily backups. Web server configuration and maintenance,  Email server configuration and maintenance, .  Various standard applications.  Windows 2000. MS Office Pro.  Anti virus, worm and spam filters configuration and maintenance.  Router configurations.  Firewall and security configurations.

 

Candidate would be working in small office environment providing system administrator services for several in-house LANs.  Company is small network consulting firm with various clients from Valencia to San Clemente. Location is in Anaheim with 2 to 3 times per month required travel to various client sites.

 

Candidate must be extremely self motivated, timely, efficient, neat and organized.  Candidate will be managing own time and networks.  Candidate will be required to interface with clients daily and provide help desk support.  Candidate will provide daily record of work completed and progress made.  Again, candidate must be extremely self motivated and self governing. 

 

This position is a mix of system admin, pc tech, and help desk.  This position is the number one tech admin position within small firm. Client industries include motorsports and sportsmarketing companies.

 

This is not an entry level position.
