We are currently seeking a PC Technician Specialist Trainee in the Racine area.

 

As a PC Technician Specialist Trainee –

 Demonstrates problem determination, diagnosis and resolution for all standard systems. Proven ability to work with other JFG resources or outside resources to resolve issuesResponsible for second level end user supportWill assist in first line end user supportParticipates in Project Process when applicableWorks with ECS Team Supervisor in responding to assigned Help Desk tickets in timely mannerIncluded in rotation of Help Desk staffing for extended hours and Saturday supportDocuments policies and procedures when applicableProven ability to proactively identify areas for improvement or opportunities for technology enhancements.

The PC Technician Specialist Trainee will have -1-2+ years related systems experienceExcellent communication and analytic skillsThorough knowledge of PC hardware, software and operating systemsOne or more certifications in technology related fields (i.e. A+ Certification, MS Applications, OS)
