PC Technician- Janesville, Wisconsin-2nd and 3rd shift

PC TECHNICIAN ' 2nd and 3rd SHIFT - Janesville, WI

Kelly Automotive Services currently has several openings for the Janesville, Wisconsin area for Entry Level PC Technicians.

Position pays $10.00 hourly. Some overtime may be required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND RESPONSIBLIITIES
' A+ Certification preferred
' Full time hours, must be available 7 days a week
' Must be able to pass pre-employment background check & random drug screening.
' Ability to complete 3- 4 month assignment
' Excellent customer service skills.
' Good interpersonal skills
' Good oral and written communications skills
' Self-motivated, self-directed, and goal oriented.
' Able to communicate effectively with management, staff, clients, & customer personnel.
' Lifting ' Must be able to lift 25 pounds from the floor to desktop height.
' Able to walk and climb stairs
' Transportation ' Valid and current driver's license in good standing.
' Work Schedule - primarily 2nd and 3rd shift schedule. This project is a 7 day a week operation. Work schedule could vary.
' Will be working in Plant environment

QUAILIFICATIONS
' 6 months experience and/education supporting desktop environment
' Knowledge of decommissioning, assembly and installation of PC's
' Loading software applications
' Professional Work Ethic
' Excellent customer interaction skills

JOB RESPONIBLITIES
' Provides quality customer service and on-site support for designated equipment.
' Escalates problems to appropriate next level of support when necessary.
' Performs reasonably related projects or assignments as assigned by immediate manager and other management staff, as requested.
' Responsible for ensuring positive customer relationships with all business partners and customers.
' Diagnose minor problems
' Coordinate technical support groups for bigger issue
