Reports to: Help Desk Supervisor
Division: Loaf N Jug

Job Function:
To provide software and hardware support to Loaf N Jug stores. This job will also consist of installing the new scanning configuration at store level.
Job Essential Functions:
1. Will be the primary installer for the new scanning solution
2. Will provide on-site technical/hardware support when deemed necessary.
3. Assists store in trouble shooting problems. Refers complex cases to the vendor of the hardware/software, and/or the help desk supervisor.
4. Meets weekly/bi-monthly with the help desk team to discuss trends of inquiries and items difficult to answer.
5. With experience, provides on-site training to store employees on technical issues
Job Requirements:
1. Skills in the use of PC’s, laptops, mouse, modem, printer and fax.
2. Strong telephone and interpersonal contact skills required.
3. Willingness to have telephone conversations monitored for quality performance.
4. Must be highly organized in data entry and with physical parts (hardware)
5. Must be able to travel and stay overnight, given short notice.
6. Must display positive and professional conduct at all times.
Physical Requirements:
Considerable travel with overnight stays could be required at times. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
