Desktop Support

  We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Technician with 3 or more years of professional experience, supporting users in a corporate, structured environment. Must have either A+, MCSE, or MCP certification, excellent communication skills, and work well under pressure.

Skills:
> 3+ years desktop support experience.
> Must have excellent customer support and people skills.
> Must be highly organized.
> Must be flexible with hours when needed to resolve problems.
> Must be able to work independently.
> Must be to work with little or no supervision.
> Must be dependable and take their job seriously.
> Ability to coordinate with vendors.
> Must live within one hour commute of Westlake Village.
