Desktop Network Support / IT Support / Entry Level Programmers

Technical Support Representative - temporary. The salary range is 20-30K depending on education and experience.

This position will provide level 1 technical support to customers, account executives & system engineers, authorized service providers and resellers. Graduation from a 2 year education program in a computer science, IT, or Computer Maintenance Program and 0-2 years experience in a related field. Fluent in Spanish is a strong plus. 

Must have the ability to work directly with customers and provide technical support over the phone, conduct troubleshooting based on problem descriptions, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. The ability to develop a thorough knowledge of comapny products, protocols, and operation of related host computers.

 

Desktop/Network Support - Permanent. Pay starts at $12 & up. Looking for someone with MCP, MCSA, or MCSE to setup PC's, servers, and related equipment, installing software and peripherals, configuring new systems, resolving end-user issues remotely or on site, printers peripherals and connecting PC's to various networks. 

Must have an Associates Degree in CIS or related field and at least one year experience in Networks, LAN, WAN, installation, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 2000 and XP workstation and 2000 & 2003 server.

 

Technical Support - Permanent. Pay range $11-12 per hour. Need a person with strong customer service, light graphics, and HP printer experience.Must have clear and distinct telephone voice, extremely good manners, and patience with our customers. Experience with Epson injet printers, Epson 4000, Epson 4800, Wide Format  -  a Plus, but not required, Windows XP and 2000 and operating systems, Mac background  -  a Plus, Corel Draw, Photo Shop, and Graphics.

 

Entry Level Programmers - Permanent. Salary $30-40K DOE. Need a person with SQL Server experience, VB6, Windows based applications, manipulation of data, and graphical workflow systems.
