The Call Center Representative is responsible for answering mortgagors or 3rd party telephone inquiries regarding real estate loans, in an inbound/outbound high volume call center. Duties include answering calls in an accurate and timely manner, resolving customer issues and identifying reasons for default, in addition to establishing promises to pay and collecting mortgage payments.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service or equivalent experience. Call center experience preferred.
- Customer oriented team player with excellent organizational, comprehension, listening, negotiating and verbal/written communication skills, as well as basic mathematical skills.
- PC experience with the ability to access/navigate through several computer applications simultaneously.

 

WORK HOURS

Monday 11am-8pm
Tuesday 12pm-9pm
Wednesday 12pm-9pm
Thursday 12pm-9pm
Friday 9am-6pm
Flexibility to work some Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
