SENIOR BUSINESS STAFF MEMBER/CSSO

This position will report to the Director of National Security Solutions Operations Center. Position is located near Ft. Meade, MD at Corridor Rd in Savage, MD.  The Senior Business Staff Member will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable directives.  Manage personnel and activities including the efforts of the Annapolis Junction Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) and the Facility Security Officer (FSO). Function as the primary interface between the security staff and CTCs Program Managers.  Act as the Security focal point to review all Statements of Work (SOW), contracts and DD 254s for any security concerns/issues.  Prepare and update standard special security policies and procedures applicable to meeting contract performance requirements.  As the primary security point of contact, is responsible for the protection of company, government and classified information and ensures that adequate physical security is provided for all information to include classified Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) contracts.  Ensures that all personnel have requisite security clearances and access.  Investigate security incidents and derogatory information reports concerning material, equipment and personnel.  Provides the Director of National Security Solutions Operations Center and the CTC Manager of  Security status reports regarding security and classified issues.  Coordinates security awareness briefings, classified information indoctrinations and debriefings.  Administers new employee security orientation.  Actively participates in professional organizations, conferences, workshops and assigned company committees.  Participates in the interview process and provides input for inclusion in Staffing Requests.

The qualified candidate must possess a BA/BS in Business, the Social Sciences, the Liberal Arts, or related academic field with 10 years directly related experience, or a Masters Degree with 8 years experience directly related; or 8-10 years directly related experience.  The individual must have in depth experience with Intelligence Agency components, specifically the National Security Agency.  Must possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance with full-scope polygraph.
