Autonomous and entrepreneurial role with your earnings expected to top $260,000 in the first year and over $330,000 in year two.

 

We are a successful recruitment business (10 years old) with offices throughout New Zealand, Australia, Asia, the UK, India and now Canada and the United States. We need customer focused, business leaders to develop and manage the new offices we are planning to open in major city centers.

 

Although recruitment is our core business - industry experience is NOT necessary...We are searching for LEADERS, PARTNERS who able to manage a region and grow profitability through our successful business plan. We have the recruitment experience and will be supporting our new partners (industry experience or not) with regular trips to your region from our company training officer. What we need are great business leaders, entrepreneurs who rate their people management skills high on their list of attributes. Innovation, quality of service and an acute ability to drive results are key components to your experience. We are looking for the right fit to help us recruit our new Franchisee’s within your region. You will then mentor these Franchisees through their set up phase and provide the business and leadership acumen in support of their success.
