HVAC Tour Mechanic

EMCOR Facilities Services is an award-winning industry leader in the provision of operations, maintenance, facilities & technical services for gov't, commercial, industrial & institutional clients. We currently have an opening and are seeking a HVAC Tour Mechanic available in McLean, VA.


Position is responsible for independently touring building and performing skilled tasks in troubleshooting, operation, replacement, repair and maintenance of commercial air conditioning and heating systems, water treatment, controls and all other building mechanical and electrical systems. Work involves the lifting of heavy mechanical equipment and apparatus and may be performed in areas of extreme heat and cold.



Candidates must be a High School graduate plus 2 or 3 years of a technical or trade school for HVAC.  Minimum of 3 years experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, mechanical, electrical and electronic systems. Familiarity with operation of building automation systems.  Ability to read blue prints, pneumatic, mechanical and/or electric control drawings. HVAC license required. Must be able to work a Rotating Shift schedule, building watch 24/7.  MUST be able to pass a TSA Clearance. For immediate consideration please apply online.
