Field Development Trainer

This position provides orientation and training to new franchise owners and advanced/ongoing training (including certification) to existing franchise owners. You are responsible for development of national account relationships, communications with franchise owners, development of an in-house training and develop resources for franchise owners. Manage and mentor team of Field Consultants. Ability to solve problems, prioritize and multi-task.Exceptional customer service skills and sales experience desired. 

 

Requirements: A minimum of three (3) years experience in cleaning industry and floor care systems. Spanish Helpful

Technical knowledge of hard floor and carpet care.

1. Conduct initial training of new franchise owners in accordance with Coverall’s established training curriculum and provide required materials in accordance with franchisee agreement.

2. Conduct advanced training (including certification courses) of existing franchise owners in accordance with Coverall’s established training curriculum. 

3. Conduct re-training of franchise owners, as may be required.

4. Conduct franchise owner development meetings on a weekly basis. 

5. Schedule and conduct field training of franchise owners as required. 

Maintain records of all franchise owner training sessions conducted and other relevant documentation of franchise owner (i.e. certification training records
