Facilities Supervisor

Frederick Properties Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor. This individual will be responsible for directing the overall maintenance of company owned facilities in accordance with current federal, state and local standards to ensure the facilities are maintained. Duties include regular inspections of buildings and grounds for possible hazards, compliance with Department of Ecology regulations, scheduling/oversight of any and all vendor work done on the facility, grounds maintenance, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. Must have experience with maintenance of facilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general construction, cleaning, pest control, security, and landscaping. Must be knowledgeable in building codes, safety and environmental regulations. Individual must be able to anticipate possible problems before they arise and initiate plans to correct. Must be a highly organized and efficient time manager, an independent self starter, proficient in servicing a wide variety of facility needs.
