Facilities/Maintenance Manager

Odom’s Tennessee Pride Sausage, Inc. is a privately held producer and marketer of premium pork sausage products.  We are currently searching for a positive, proactive professional to fill the position of Facilities/Maintenance Manager for our Little Rock, AR facility.

 

The successful candidate will direct and coordinate the activities of associates engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment processes, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and USDA standards.  The position is also responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance programs (MP2).  Will serve as a liaison with operations, safety, environmental and management to champion a safe working environment and a successful operation. Excellent ability to communicate effectively at all levels, provide positive leadership, handle multiple projects, and accountable for maintaining budget and fiscal goals.

 

Requirements:  Four year B.S. Technical degree and five years Facilities/Maintenance Management experience.  Experience with budget achievement, electronics, ammonia refrigeration and wastewater treatment required.  Intermediate level of computer skills.  Knowledge of Food processing equipment is highly desirable.
