Facilities Assistant

We have an immediate opening for a Facilities Assistant.  Responsibilities include:

 

·  General basic building maintenance (light fixtures, trash removal, wall-hangings, etc.)  

·  Sort incoming mail; stamp outgoing mail and deliver to mailbox next door

·  Maintain neat and orderly print, fax and copy areas ; distribute documents 

·  Keep kitchen clean and maintain inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; place orders as necessary

· Assist with overall office health, safety & security of the facility.

·  Various clerical tasks, including copying, data entry, filing, etc.

·  Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

·  HS Diploma or equivalent

·  Minimum two years clerical/office experience

·  Computer proficiency

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·  Ability to multi-task

·  Team player but also able to work independently

·  Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, reach, crouch and crawl
