FACILITIES WORKER

DESCRIPTION Facilities Worker Building Maintenance Coordinator 4 Month Contract to perm hire. Responsible for the day to day building maintenance issues Responsible for all incoming and out going correspondence and deliveries within their respective buildings and the distribution of those items Responsible to maintain a high level of customer service to internal and external customers Work with Facilities and Planning Management to coordinate all personnel moves within their building as well as from building to building. To receive and properly distribute all incoming company equipment. To apply proper postage to all company generated outgoing US mail and send to a US Post Office Appropriately address and resolve any and all customer requests and or complaints within his area to a satisfactory level using the corporate helpdesk solution when appropriate Track Metrics as assigned and report to Facilities and Planning management    REQUIREMENTS CANDIDATE MUST PASS A CREDIT AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK High School diploma or equivalent Familiarity with all MS Offices applications / ORACLE A HUGE PLUS!!!!!!! Good written and oral communication skills a must Able to properly lift 25 lbs
