Experienced Janitorial Supervisor - Direct Hire

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Commercial Building Maintenance Supervisor, for a company located in Skagit County, WA. This is a direct hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have: Two years experience supervising a commercial cleaning crew. Must have at least two years of experience in commercial carpet cleaning and proficiency in cleaning hard surface flooring including: Vinyl, VCT and ceramic tile.

The position entails: Supervising employees,(training, coaching, counseling), going to different job locations to inspect work. Making sure that all of the employees complete their work on time and within the guidelines that the customer has given the company.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good supervisory skills, ability to multi-task and make sure the work gets done. Candidates must have a valid driver''s license, good driving record and be able to pass a criminal background screen and a drug screen.
