GCM Analyst
In this role you will be responsible for managing a Global Complaint Management (GCM) event through its entire life-cycle, from initial triage referral through regulatory reporting, sample retrieval, investigation, and ultimately to closure/reopening as needed. You will also be responsible for knowing when an event is sufficiently complex with significant consequences to escalate the event to the Team Lead.

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

Bachelor's degree in scientific field or Business is required
A degree in Nursing, Bio-Medical Engineering or Pharmacy Technical preferred
2-3 years of experience in a health care environment, within a bio-medical engineering discipline, and/or within a quality/compliance organization in an FDA regulated business
