The Customer Service Supervisor will have 2+ years of supervisory experience with strong working knowledge of operational functions and audit requirements.  Experience in training and promoting sales a must.

 

The Supervisor will hire, supervise, coach and train the teller staff, manage all compliance and audit issues, provide excellent customer service and sales opportunities to the customers.  The Supervisor will act as a Customer Service Representative as needed.
