Job Description:

Hiring experienced customer service candidates for one of the nation's top mortgage companies!

Will be responsible for scheduling appraisal orders as well as Home inspections on a daily basis in a call center environment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced mortgage environment. Will be handling approximately 100-120 calls/daily. Will be responsible for working in a team environment. Responsible for communicating with borrowers, lenders, & appraisers on a daily basis.

Hours:

Monday-Friday/8:00am-5:00pm

Skills:

Must be able to type 30-45 wpm.

Must be PC proficient.

Must have 1-3 years call center/customer service experience.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to multi-task.

Must be detail-oriented.

Any previous mortgage background is a plus!

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a credit check as well as background screen to qualify.
