We currently have the position of Mortgage Underwriter available at our Ahwatukee, AZ location:



The successful candidates will be responsible for underwriting subprime residential loans, ensuring compliance with appropriate company, regulatory and applicable secondary marketing investor standards; reviewing and evaluating information on mortgage loan documents to determine if borrower, property, and loan conditions meet company and government standards; and making decisions on exceptions to policy (underwriting/pricing) within authority limits.



Qualified candidates must have four or more years of manual subprime underwriting experience and training; Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are essential.
