Mortgage it is currently seeking a Loan Review Specialist!

As a Loan Review Specialist II, you will be primarily responsible for performing accurate and complete review of all loan documentation, including full file and electronic delivery reviews and provide assistance to Loan Review Specialist I.

 

Your Duties Will Be:Performing accurate review of loan documents for full file and zip file reviewReview of conventional loans in addition to one or two of the following types: government, CEMA, CO-OPEnter loan defects into the internal tracking system.Identify recurring errors/issues in the origination/closing processSupport branches with general inquiriesAssist with special projects Other duties assigned

 

What we are looking for:A high school diploma or equivalent.  College degree preferred.2+ years of previous banking or mortgage experience required with 3 years of office experienceGreat computer skillsThe ability to maintain objectivity and independence in all mattersGreat organizational and problem solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills  A great eye for detail while still being able to maintain great time management skills
