Commercial Lender – Big Deals – Local Decisions - Great Bank

Our client is a unique bank within the group with complete autonomy, allowing them to make quick local decisions.

In this role, you will work with companies with revenues from $10-$20 million and loan sizes from $1-5 million, with the ability to work with even larger deals. Our client is looking for an individual who can do a minimum of $10 million in new loans and $1 million in new deposits in a 12-month period. You would report to a well-respected local banker who is a proven innovator with comprehensive banking experience. In his last role, he doubled his $60 million loan target-he is an excellent mentor.

You will be a part of a group that takes the input of their employees very seriously and has the flexibility to customize products to better meet individual customer needs.

Our client offers an uncapped, quarterly incentive plan, which can add 50% or better of your base salary.
