As a Branch Manager, you will direct and manage branch sales and service effort, resulting in profitability as indicated on the Branch Performance Scorecards. You will responsible for Sales, Coaching, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet Growth, Audit, Retail Training, and Customer Service. You will select, hire, develop and manage branch personnel, by encouraging individual growth and advancement. Develop new client relationships using outside business development.
