Accounting Clerk 1

Job Description: Performs a variety of routine clerical duties related to accounting. Duties may include: data entry, verifying, posting, adding, computing, matching, balancing and summarizing routine documents. There are two openings within the Payment Infrastructure area.
The first is a 30 hour Monday through Friday position. The scheduled hours for this position are 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Please keep in mind this is an open ended shift and additional hours which may include holiday s and weekends could be required as needed.
The second is a 30 hour Monday through Friday position. The scheduled hours for this position are 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Please keep in mind this is an open ended shift and additional hours which may include holiday s and weekends may be required as needed.


Minimum Qualifications: ****Must have previous 10-key experience.*****
Applicants must have the ability to work an open ended shift.


Preferred Skills: Previous ImageMark balancing and IP production experience. Familiarity with the PIES monitoring system and IMTM application. Ability to adapt quickly to a changing work environment.
