Our Client, a major automotive player, based in Northern Alabama is looking for a unique

Quality Control Specialist

This is a Direct Hire Position.
It does requires rotational shift work. (2 week rotation).

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering field, with up to 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.

Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to relate with team members at all skill levels. Must develop and implement plans to ensure the production of high quality products internally and with suppliers.

A general knowledge of engines and parts function is desired.
Bi-lingual (English/Japanese) is desired.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality standards and procedures. Provide quality engineering support for internal and external needs as well as new product projects. Monitor and report parts and product quality. Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products. Program and operate precision measurement machine (CMM)
