Worktank, an award-winning agency specializing in interactive storytelling for companies like Microsoft, HP, Capgemini, and Datalight is seeking that rare individual who has a gift for original thinking, someone who is part team-leader, part business consultant. The ideal candidate will have account management experience within an agency setting: they will understand how to conduct business with our clients, and know their products and services, their competition, and what keeps them up at night. The more industry insight you bring to the table, the better. The candidate’s knowledge base will increase the value of our existing client relationships. You are responsible for internally representing the client and ensuring we develop the products and services to meet the client’s business objectives and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
•Manage client expectations by developing proposals, scopes of work, and creative briefs which address all aspects of program implementation from project initiation through project completion and reconciliation
•Own the account relationship; monitor budgets, approve billing, implement project process, and ensure profitability
•Work closely with senior management to direct organization’s platform for growth
•Establish solid relationship with the client's key members and decision makers to better understand their objectives so that Worktank will continually satisfy the client's needs
•Work and mentor other Account team members; assist them as needed in growing business within existing clients
•Keeps up-to-date and proficient in all new and existing company offerings

Requirements:
•5 years of related account management experience with at least 3 years spent in an agency setting supervising a large account
•Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively both in speaking and writing; proven talent with writing winning proposals and effective status reports, eloquently expressing recommendations and budgets, and articulating the client’s needs
•Ceaseless energy to motivate and encourage internal teams to manage and produce great work
•Proven marketing experience; solid understanding of video, interactive and web project lifecycles
•Possess leadership qualities, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive, long-term client and staff relationships
•Self-motivated with great organizational skills; ability to prioritize, multitask, manage complex workload, and handle pressure
•Working proficiency of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Exchange
•Upbeat and appreciative attitude, and adaptable to the needs of a growing business
