Rave Motion Pictures has an exceptional opportunity for a Lead Manager/GM Trainee available at our state of the art, stadium style, 15 screen Movie Theater in Birmingham, Alabama!  This position is for someone ready and willing to learn learn and acclimate to Raves systems and culture.  Candidates must be driven, have a passion for the movie industry, motivated to do whatever it takes to learn the job in an accelerated period of time, willing to relocate, and ready for new and exciting challenges!

This position has a base salary, monthly commission, annual bonus potential and a complete benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Plus all of our other benefits such as 401k, tuition assistance program, and free movies!

 

The right individual for this position will be able to lead and develop salaried and hourly management and staff. You will have the opportunity to aggressively train towards becoming a General Manager with our company.A strong background with progressive responsibilities in theater management, retail management and/or restaurant management is required for this position.(If you do not have the required experience you will not be considered for this position.)
