Sourcing and recruiting a Licensed Architectural Designer with twenty to 30 years of experience in Schematic Design, Design Development, Programming, Site Planning and Construction Methodology . Client would like to see experience in commercial projects (i.e. office, retail, commercial). Previous experience must be technical with a thorough understanding of Construction processess with advanced technical knowledge. Must be a Licensed Architect in Kansas doing the conceptual design as well as site plan review. Relocation provided. This position is in Kansas City.
