Need a senior project manager with strong experience in engineering design and planning for roadways in residential and commercial projects.  Need an Arizona PE.  Need strong construction project management to oversee the site development.
Will need to understand scheduling concepts and construction quality standards.  Will oversee entire project from conceptual design through grading, paving and drainage of the site.
