Licensed, or in process of getting licensed. Arch. Degree Masters and/or undergrad. 7-10+ yrs exp. In high end custom residential, clubhouse, and light commercial. Able to manage jr. pm, drafters 1-4 people. Little or no upper management oversight. Proficient in Autocad. Able to coordinate consultants, HOA, City officials. BS Architectural Degree required.  Excellent communication skills.
