We are looking for an enthusiastic person with airline ticketing experience to issue tickets, process rate calculations, set up “Prepaids”, and assist internal and external customers with all related ticketing services inquiries.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous travel industry experience using computerized reservation systems such as SHARES, SABRE, etc., along with formal fares and ticketing training and experience.  Knowledge of Oracle and the Internet is a plus.  Must be a self-starter with strong organizational, time management and workload prioritization skills who enjoys working independently in a telecommuting work environment.  In addition, selected candidate will have excellent math, verbal and written communication skills along with strong customer relations, organizational and problem solving skills.
