Part-time Passenger Service Agents

We are currently seeking part-time Passenger Service Agents at Miami International Airport to escort passengers, assist passengers with their paperwork, and complete in-transit and after-flight paperwork.

The schedule is 25 hours per week, and you MUST be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities of this position include:

Escorts in-transit passengers to Immigration and Customs and back to the aircraft within the ground time.
Assists upon arrival any unaccompanied minors, travelers without visas, YPs, MAAS, etc.
Prepares Transit cards and in-transit paperwork.
Assists passengers with the completion of INS/CBP paperwork for inspection.
Completes I-94 forms and INS paperwork after flight departure.
Inputs data in the Infraction Report database on the R@MP.
Assists in front of the counter with document checking and handbag tagging.
