- Responsible for the development and implementation of effective kitchen strategic plans. Direct and coordinate personnel, ensuring optimal performance.
- Establish and maintain effective communications, coordination, and working relationship with leadership.
- Analyze division or department budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made and allocates operating budget.
- Confers with administrative personnel and reviews activity, operating and sales to determine changes in programs or operations required.
- Promotes organization in industry or trade associations.
- Responsible for Supply Chain Optimization initiatives for performance, quality and cost improvements.
- Insure compliance with Federal and State airport regulations.
- Responsible for compliance with TSA, FDA, USDA and HACCP guidelines and requirements.

Required Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- In-dept knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of financial controls.
- Minimum five years of Airline Flight Kitchen experience equivalent or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships and interface with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to pass 10-year background clearance for FAA security access and U. S. Customs.
- Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship.
