Foreign Language Reservations Sales Agent Full or Part Time Positions $7.30 per hour plus $2.13 override 3 week full time training pay will be $5.15 per hour. - Handle incoming phone calls from Foreign Language Desk that include booking domestic itineraries and answering inquiries from customers.
- Efficiently handle special requests; assist all customers including those with disabilities using Continental guidelines.
- Utilize customer service and sales techniques to effectively address customer needs.
- Consistently deliver a standard-setting product to our customers.
- Maintain statistical excellence in all areas to support productivity goals.
- Be accountable for all scheduled telephone time to meet service level goals.

Required Skills:
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Hebrew, Portuguese or Cantonese (Fluency will be tested.)
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Must be able to pass a 10-year security background check.
- Must be computer literate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Proven customer service skills required.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Must be able to work any shift in a 7-day work week including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship.
