This position reports to Manager of Records, Quality Assurance.

 

ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential problems with a particular aircraft or part based on records analysis;Data entry of flight hours and cycles, discrepancies and corrective actions, check maintenance and rotable part changes into the QA database;Audit paperwork for ATA code and station location, prepare Document Discrepancy Notices;Report SAI irregularities and make suggestions to avoid a potential problem;File all accomplished ADs and SBs, log pages, EOs, Parts Identification Tags, Certs, 8130s checks, etc.

 

Requirements1 year experience maintaining hard copy and electronic records in an office environment;HS Diploma/GED;Proficient with MSOffice and Outlook;Previous airline experience preferred
