Join our team of highly dedicated professionals and be totally focused on providing quality, customized services to our clients! Currently, we are recruiting for a General Tree Care Climber in our Mamaroneck, NY Branch.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the performance of specialized pruning and takedowns, installing cabling and bracing, safely operating equipment (chainsaw, chipper, trucks, hand tools)
• Utilize knowledge of compartmentalization and other concepts related to tree wounding/pruning
• Be able to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species and have a working knowledge of each species' characteristics
• Maintain excellent client relations and provide thorough information to clients
Applicable experience preferred:
• Proper pruning practices including large shade trees and ornamentals
• Chain saw safety and operation
• Tree climbing
• Bucket truck operation
• CDL
