Quality Control Inspector.

 

Our QC personal has three main areas of responsibility, but is not limited to these three areas.

 

1) Quality inspection of fresh produce. Does a quality check of the product begin received according to USDA standards and present a quality report for every load received. Monitor quality of the product in storage and review the quality of the product before shipping it to our customers.

2) Food Safety Program. Monitor and update our existing food safety program by following the standard operating procedures established for our facility. (Training available).

3) Repack or Reconditioning Operation. Assign the product that needs reconditioning before shipping and monitor the quality of the repacked product.

 Vacations: 2 weeks a year
