Located at our Corporate offices in Milwaukee, Johnson Controls has an excellent opportunity for and individual to work with both consolidations and tax personnel maintaining the Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system on a legal entity basis to meet both financial reporting and tax reporting requirements.

 

Individual will maintain a legal entity reporting model for internal and external financial reporting based on Corporate Tax's reporting model to ensure current and future compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.  Work with the business units to implement the legal entity reporting model at a business unit headquarters level to ensure current and future information is appropriately captured in a timely fashion.  Modify Hyperion and Excel based reports to accommodate new legal entity reporting structure.  Work with outside consultants to maximize best practices and efficiencies while managing budgetary constraints.  Create user reports from the HFM environment including, but not limited to, financial statement books, variance analysis and trend analysis.  Train internal users on HFM as needed.



We are seeking a candidate with a BBA or BS in Accounting/Finance with a minimum of  3-5 years experience in accounting and financial management of a large multi-division, multi-location organization. CPA is preferred.  Must have the ability to meet deadlines with minimal lead time with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.  Experience with Hyperion Enterprise is required.  Experience with Hyperion Financial Management is preferred.
