Director of Human Resources/Field Compliance

 Delray Beach, Florida Company seeking a Director of Human Resources and Field Compliance

Duties are:

Training, implementation, and manuals for OSHA, MASPA, Forklift Safety, and Safety

 

Training and implementation of programs for WPS (Worker Protection Standards for pesticide application)

 

Enforce all State and Federal labor laws, working with various state and federal labor laws

 

Overseeing of 3 field compliance officers

 

Work with Florida Department for licensing of all contract labors that transport our Migrant employees

 

Implementing and producing procedures for safety of all migrants

 

Workers Compensation, handling all accident reports, and decisions with injuries, attend all workers Comp hearings

 

In charge of hiring of all Farm workers and packing house personnel, all validating of I-9’s and W-4’s

 

Responsible for enforcing EPA and DER on all field locations

 

In charge of security and all aspects of insuring company property is secured

 

In charge of Implementing Fire Evacuation Plan

 

Implementing BMP’s for Fields

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

OSHA Certified

 

Train the Trainer Certified

 

WPS Certification

 

MASPA Certification

 

Knowledge of State and Federal Labor Regulations

 

Design and Implement policies and Procedures

 

Management Capacities

 

Labor Relations

 

Bilingual – English, Spanish, Haitian
